When you use AIGig, we may collect the following information:
- Account Information: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
- Search Queries: We process your search queries to provide relevant results. Queries may be sent to third-party AI services for intent understanding.
- Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our services.
- Uploaded Files: Video files uploaded for conversion are processed temporarily and deleted after conversion.
- WhatsApp Communications: If you interact with our WhatsApp Business services, we store your phone number, message history, and communication preferences.
- Contact Information: Phone numbers, email addresses, and business details provided through our lead generation or contact forms.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve our AI-powered search and tools
- To personalize your experience (for logged-in users)
- To aggregate job listings from third-party sources
- To fetch property data from AIAcres
- To process video conversions
- To send WhatsApp messages about our services (only with your consent)
- To manage business communications and follow-ups
WhatsApp Business Communications
We use WhatsApp Business API to communicate with our clients and potential customers. When you interact with us via WhatsApp:
- Data Stored: Phone number, message content, timestamps, delivery status, and conversation history.
- Purpose: To provide customer support, send service updates, and marketing communications (with consent).
- Retention: WhatsApp message data is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion.
- Third-Party: Messages are processed through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta's privacy policy applies to their processing.
Third-Party Services
AIGig integrates with the following third-party services:
- Google Firebase: For authentication
- OpenAI: For natural language understanding
- Meta WhatsApp Business API: For WhatsApp communications
- Razorpay: For payment processing
- AIAcres: For property search data
- Various job boards: RemoteOK, Jobicy, Arbeitnow, Himalayas, and others for job listings
Data Retention
We retain your account information as long as your account is active. Search queries are not stored permanently. Uploaded video files are deleted immediately after processing. WhatsApp communication data is retained for up to 2 years.
Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. We provide two deletion options:
1. Delete WhatsApp Message History
This removes all WhatsApp messages sent to and received from your phone number, including delivery status and conversation history.
2. Delete All Personal Data
This removes all your data from our systems, including WhatsApp messages, contact records, inquiry submissions, and anonymizes any payment records.
