Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AIGig ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AIGig provides AI-powered search and tools including:

  • Property search aggregation (via AIAcres integration)
  • AI and ML job listing aggregation
  • Video conversion tools
  • Website video generation
  • AI-powered intent understanding for search queries

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Not use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
  • Not upload malicious files or content
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account

Social Marketing — Responsible Content Policy

AIGig's Social Marketing feature uses AI to automatically generate and schedule Instagram posts on behalf of connected accounts. As part of our commitment to responsible content creation, all AI-generated posts are subject to the following content policy:

Content We Do Not Generate

Our automated content filter screens all news sources and topics before generating any post. Content falling under the following categories is automatically excluded:

  • Political content — including elections, political parties, government policy, and politicians
  • Religious content — including references to any religion, faith, place of worship, or religious figures
  • Violence & abuse — including terrorism, war, assault, hate crimes, and trafficking
  • Tragedy & disasters — including deaths, accidents, natural disasters, and casualties
  • Misinformation — including unverified claims, clickbait, hoaxes, and conspiracy theories
  • Unverified medical claims — including miracle cures, anti-vaccine content, and unapproved health advice
  • Financial advice — including stock tips, cryptocurrency promotions, and get-rich-quick schemes
  • Adult content — including sexual, explicit, or obscene material
  • Alcohol, tobacco & drugs — including promotion or glorification of substance use
  • Defamatory content — including accusations, criminal allegations, or content targeting individuals

When a news article is flagged by our content filter, the AI falls back to generating brand-safe, topic-focused content without a news context. This ensures posts remain professional, brand-appropriate, and compliant with Meta's advertising and content policies.

Users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated drafts before publishing. AIGig is not liable for any content published directly by a user that bypasses the draft review process. By using the Social Marketing feature, you agree to abide by Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Advertising Policies.

AIJobs Pin — Responsible Posting Policy

AIJobs Explore lets anyone pin a job-post image to a public board. Each upload is automatically scanned by our AI safety filter and validated for hiring intent before it is stored. By pinning a job, you agree to the following:

Acceptable Pins

  • Genuine hiring or walk-in advertisements with a clear company, role, and contact / venue
  • Newspaper, LinkedIn, Naukri, or company-issued recruitment posters
  • Walk-in interview notices with a date, time, and address

Pins We Auto-Reject

Uploads that are not genuine hiring advertisements, or that contain explicit, violent, hateful, religious, political, or unlawful content, are automatically rejected. Duplicate uploads of the same image are also blocked.

User Responsibilities

  • You confirm you have the right to share the poster image (e.g. it's publicly circulating, your employer's own ad, or you obtained permission from the recruiter).
  • Do not upload images containing personal documents, ID cards, or PII (Aadhaar, PAN, passport, etc.) — only the public job advertisement.
  • Pin uploads are public and may be deleted by AIGig administrators at any time without notice if found to violate this policy.
  • Reasonable rate limits are enforced to prevent abuse.

Email and phone information extracted from a poster is treated as already-public recruiter contact data (visible in the original image). AIGig does not contact applicants on the recruiter's behalf — applying is always a direct user-to-recruiter action.

Third-Party Content

AIGig aggregates content from third-party sources including job boards and property listings. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party content. Job listings and property information are provided "as-is" from their respective sources.

Intellectual Property

The AIGig name, logo, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party content (job listings, property data) remains the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE.

Limitation of Liability

AIGig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on job listings or property information.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
